By accessing or using BeQuizzy (the "Service"), operated by BeQuizzy Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeQuizzy is an online assessment platform that enables organizations to create, distribute, and evaluate candidate assessments using various question formats including text, audio, video, and AI-powered voice interviews.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) use the Service only for lawful purposes; (b) not interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Organization Accounts

Organization accounts are bound by these Terms. The organization owner is responsible for ensuring all members comply with these Terms. Organizations retain ownership of their assessment content and data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BeQuizzy Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Assessment content created by users remains the property of the creating organization.

7. Candidate Data

Organizations are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates before collecting data through assessments. BeQuizzy processes candidate data on behalf of organizations as a data processor.

8. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your organization settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeQuizzy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
